The cabins Kalastajan torpat are situated in western Lake Saimaa, in Savitaipale, on the island of Lapinsalo by waters excellent for fishing salmon. The island is located approximately 1 km away from the mainland, and the journey goes comfortably by motor or rowing boat in summer and by car along the road across the ice in winter.
The cabins include two bedrooms, electric heating, fireplace which stores heat, wood-heated sauna and shower. A rowing boat is included in the weekly rent and a motorboat can be rented separately.
The cabins belong to the fifth, that is the best grade of National Classification of Country Holiday Accommodation.

To Helsinki 230 km, Lappeenranta 65 km, Mikkeli 70 km.
Railway stations Mäntyharju or Mikkeli 70 km. Bus stop 1 km.
Shop, restaurant and petrol station in the summer time 4 km.
Car park in summer in the boat cove and in winter on the shore of the cabin. Neighbor 200 m.
Arrival time on Saturday after 4:00 pm, leaving time on Saturday by noon.
